We got the open box and honestly couldn't find a single scratch on it. The steel frame and that energy-absorbing crumple zone give me real peace of mind on our long highway drives, and it clicks into place with a solid, reassuring thunk.

The crumple technology is what sold me, and after a month of daily use I can see why it's built like a tank. Installation was straightforward once I figured out the angle, and my toddler seems genuinely comfy on longer drives.

The crumple tech sold me, and it does feel as solid as a small tank when you heft it into the car. Installation took a minute to get right, but now that it's in, I don't worry about a thing on the road.
